Description: N.O.A.H. applicatoin manager is a complete set of all functions involved in an application process. In the first step the program coordinator 'builds' the online application form using an easy to use graphical user interface. The application form consists out of several 'tabs' that show the information 'fields' in which the candidate enters the data. Field types can be 'simple text', 'date', 'dropdown-lists' or even 'formatted text' and 'file upload'. With the 'file upload' option the candidate can submit PDF, JPG or also MS Word documents for his electronic application file. When the application is completed a PDF document is automatically generated that shows the stored information and the uploaded files. This PDF file can be reviewd online by the internal reviewers. For external reviewers that might be asked to write a letter of reference for a candidate, N.O.A.H. provides a form generator that produces a machine readable 'letter of reference' form. This form should be used by the external reviewer and then be sent to the coordination office where it is automatically read and stored into the candidate's online application file. At the end of the application period, the program coordinator will use a pre evaluation form, to select those applications that will be assigned to the internal reviewers for further evaluation. This assignment can be done manually or automatically. Assigned reviewers will be able to fill out online evaluation forms for their candidates and access the applicatoin PDFs of their candidates. All evaluation results can be displayed in realtime result graphics or be exported to several other applications like MS Excel, SPSS etc. Using the mass communication tool, emails with the refusal or invitation letter can automatically be sent to the applicants.
