Description: To easily transfer the class information into the N.O.A.H. database, MS Excel forms can be used that are automatically read by the import wizard (average ‘construction’ time for a class is 3 minutes, containing date, time, topics, locations, teachers and class matrix). The classes can then be automatically assigned to the students according to a given matrix or be provided in the online ‘self-serve’ selection tool. Also the teachers and departments responsible for a class can assign and delete students from their classes and even can change the class details (date, time, location, teacher, topic etc.). Convenient tools for the production of XLS and PDF participant lists facilitate the data export and features for mass communication enhance the information exchange between a teacher and his students. A tracking and control system logs all actions in the assignment and editing of classes and alerts the user when time or location conflicts occur or class capacities are too low.
